Rentals for a Rental Unit
See all past and current tenancies for a single unit at a glance — with status, rent amount, and availability date.
The Rentals tab lists all rental cases ever created for this unit — from the first listing to the current tenancy. A unit can go through several consecutive rental cases, for example after a change of tenant. Each entry is a complete rental case with its own status, listing, and applicant history.
What Locari does automatically: Nothing — rental cases are created manually when you set up a listing for this unit. Locari assigns them to this unit automatically. What you do: Create rental cases, open them, and track their status.
