Settings
Manage your personal account, workspace details, team members, and billing in one place.
Settings covers two areas: your personal account settings and your workspace settings (team, organisation, billing). Both are accessed separately.
Personal settings (profile, password, MFA, channels) are under the user menu top-right > Settings. Workspace settings (organisation, members, billing) are under Settings in the left sidebar of your workspace.

- Change profile picture and name

How to
Personal Settings
Path: User menu top-right > Settings > Account tab
- Change name: Click Edit, enter the new name, save.
- Change email address: Click Change email — a confirmation email is sent to the new address.
- Update password: Enter current password and new password (twice), click Update password.
- Two-factor authentication (MFA): Click Set up new factor and scan the QR code with your authenticator app. Details: Set up MFA.
Example: Ms. Hoffmann enters her full name under Account so colleagues can identify her immediately in the team list.
Workspace Settings
Path: Sidebar > Settings > Organisation tab
- Change organisation name: Click Edit, enter the new name, save.
- Maintain company details (business accounts only): company name, street, postal code, city, country, tax ID — required for correct invoices.
- Upload workspace logo: Click the logo icon and upload an image.
Configure Notifications
Under Settings > Account tab > Notifications section:
- Email digest: How often you receive a summary of your rental activity (daily / weekly / never).
- Channels: Channels tab — configure WhatsApp integration and quiet hours there.
Views and Fields
Personal Settings — Account Tab
- Profile picture
- Name (display name)
- Email address (with change dialog)
- Password (form: current + new password × 2)
- Two-factor authentication (set up or remove TOTP factor)
- Email digest frequency
Workspace Settings — Organisation Tab
- Workspace name
- Workspace logo
- Account type (private / business)
- Company name, street + house number, postal code, city, country, tax ID (business accounts only)
- Billing email, billing reference (business accounts only)
- Danger zone: delete workspace (owner only, only without active subscription)
Permissions and Multi-select
- Personal settings: each team member manages only their own account.
- Workspace Organisation tab: owner only — the action is limited to the own workspace.
- Workspace Members tab: owners and administrators can invite and remove members; only owners can set roles to administrator. More details: Team Management — invite members, change roles, transfer ownership.
- Workspace Billing tab: owner only — no access for administrators or members.
