Household
Record, edit, and review all people who want to move in together, and assign documents directly to each household member.
This is the Household tab on the applicant detail view. It opens from the Applicant Detail View. Household size flows automatically into the criteria evaluation.
On this tab you see and manage all people who want to move in together — primary applicant, partner, children, co-applicants, guarantors, and proxy applicants. Per person you see contact details, employment, income, and linked documents.
What Locari does automatically: Extract household members from the application, sum income across all persons and check it against the income criterion, and include guarantor income when configured. What you decide: Add, edit, or remove members manually, assign documents to a person, and confirm identification status.
Common Tasks
How To
View household members
- Open the Household tab — a card grid shows all recorded persons.
- Each card shows: name, role, income, employment status, email, phone, and identification status.
- Example: Müller family — 3 cards: Anna Müller (primary, 2,800 € / month, permanent, identified), Peter Müller (partner, 1,400 € / month, self-employed, not identified), Emma Müller (child, no income).
Add a new person
- Click Add person top right.
- In the side panel: enter name, role, contact details, employment, and income.
- Save — the person appears as a new card in the grid. Income is immediately included in the criteria evaluation.
What Locari does when a person is added: Immediately include the income in the overall income calculation and update the criteria result. What you decide: Whether to add a person manually or accept the applicant's own declaration.
Available roles: primary applicant / partner / guarantor / child / co-applicant / proxy applicant / other.
Edit or remove a person
- Click Edit on the desired card.
- Adjust details in the side panel → save.
- To remove: click the bin icon on the card → confirm.
The primary applicant cannot be removed from the household. All other roles can be deleted.
Removing a person from the household cannot be undone. Documents linked to that person remain in the Documents tab.
Assign a document to a person
Linked documents appear as chips on the person's card. Clicking a chip opens a preview.
- Assign the document to a person in the Documents tab (separate tab).
- The chip appears on the household card for that person.
- Direct upload is not available via the Household tab — documents are managed via the Documents tab.
Views and Fields
Person card
Visible per household member:
- Name (initials avatar) and role (colour-coded: primary dark, guarantor amber, co-applicant blue, proxy applicant violet)
- Monthly income (in EUR)
- Employment status (permanent, fixed-term, self-employed, retired, student, unemployed)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Identification status: "Identified" (green) or "Not identified" (amber)
- Linked documents as clickable chips
Identification status
"Identified" means a valid identity document is on file and has been reviewed. While a person is not identified, a warning icon appears on the card.
Permissions and Multi-Select
- Visible to: all team members of the owner account.
- Add and edit persons: all team members.
- Remove a person: all team members — the action is irreversible (primary applicant excepted).
- For an overview of all applicants switch to the Applicant List — bulk rejection, filter by phase and status, sort by score.
