Locari doesn't only wait for your messages — it also reaches out on its own when something is relevant to you. That way you never miss an open point without constantly checking the app. Many of these messages can be answered straight away by tapping a tappable option.
What Locari does proactively for you: Ask for your impression after a viewing, remind you of upcoming appointments and due tasks, send you a daily overview, and flag applicant questions or escalations. What you decide: How you respond — by tapping an option or with your own message. Locari only acts once you reply.

How it works
Prompt after a viewing
Shortly after a viewing appointment ends, Locari writes to you on its own — for example: "Viewing finished: Miller family. How was your impression? Do you have any notes? How would you like to proceed?" Along with it you get tappable options, for example:
- Check documents / move to document verification
- Reject
- No-show
- Decide later
Tap an option and Locari carries out the matching next step. You can also simply send your impression as text or a voice message — Locari turns it into a note on the applicant. More under Viewings.
Appointment and feedback reminders
- Appointment reminder: Shortly before an upcoming viewing (around 30 minutes ahead), Locari reminds you so you arrive on time.
- Feedback reminder: If you haven't responded after a viewing, Locari follows up once more after a while (around two hours later).
Due tasks and daily digest
- Due tasks: When a task becomes due, Locari reaches out so it doesn't slip through. More under Tasks.
- Daily digest: On request, Locari sends you a once-a-day summary of what matters — upcoming appointments, open tasks and new applications at a glance.
Applicant alerts
When an applicant asks a question or a case needs your decision (an escalation), Locari sends you an alert. So you can respond right from WhatsApp, for example answering a clarification. More under Clarifications.
Proactive messages respect your quiet hours: outside your notification window they are collected and delivered to you afterwards — only genuinely urgent alerts come through immediately. For exactly how this works, see Security and Quiet Hours.
Notes
- You set when you are reachable under Settings → Locari Assistant — see Channel Setup.
- All proactive alerts relate only to cases in your own workspaces; data from different workspaces is never mixed.
