What does a letting with Locari cost?
Between €39 and €259, depending on reach and duration. Basis (Kleinanzeigen only) starts at €39 for 14 days, Plus (IS24 + Kleinanzeigen) at €79. Most people choose Plus 1 month for €129. You pay up front when you publish the listing.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per letting, not per month. Once the flat is let, the bill is settled. For the next flat you book the next package — deliberately no subscription running in the background.
How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
Within the first seven days after publishing the listing you can ask for your money back — for any reason, no justification needed. A short message is enough and we refund the full amount. No clause that claws it back.
Which duration should I choose?
In sought-after locations 14 days are often enough. In standard locations 1 month is the safe choice — you have a buffer if the first applicants don’t fit. 3 months for a difficult location or a specific search. You can extend at any time.
What happens when the duration runs out?
Locari never extends automatically — you decide actively. If you do nothing, the listing simply expires, with no further charge. If you want to extend, you book the next duration yourself.
