Locari acts on its own over WhatsApp — but never carelessly. Three principles keep you in control at all times: Locari asks before sensitive steps, respects your quiet hours, and keeps your workspaces cleanly separated. And whatever happens is traceable in the app.
What Locari does for your safety: Ask explicitly before any email, rejection or deletion action, hold back messages outside your quiet hours and deliver them in a batch, never mix data across workspaces, and document every action in the app. What you decide: Whether a sensitive action runs (you confirm it) and when you are reachable.

How it works
Confirmations before sensitive actions
Before Locari does anything irreversible or outward-facing, it asks you explicitly. This applies above all to:
- Sending emails to applicants — Locari shows you what goes out and waits for your "yes".
- Rejections and cancellations — for example cancelling a viewing.
- Deletions of data.
You confirm by tapping a button or with a short reply. Without your approval no email is sent and nothing is deleted. Locari also never changes an applicant's consent on its own.
Quiet hours and urgent messages
You set when you want to receive notifications under Settings → Locari Assistant. Messages that arise outside those hours are collected by Locari and delivered to you in a batch once your quiet hours end — so you are not woken at night by every application.
Only high-priority messages (for example an imminent viewing appointment) break through quiet hours and arrive immediately. To set your hours, see Channel Setup.
Workspaces stay separate
Locari works across workspaces — you reach all your cases from a single chat — but it never mixes data from different workspaces. A note, an applicant or a document stays strictly within its workspace.
Everything syncs into the app
Every action carried out via WhatsApp is stored exactly like an entry in the browser: notes on the case, status changes in the applicant board, tasks and reminders in your lists, documents in the filing system. Your team sees the same state, and the History makes it traceable who triggered what and when — you yourself or "Locari AI".
You manage connecting, disconnecting and notification times for WhatsApp yourself at any time under Settings → Locari Assistant. If you disconnect WhatsApp, you still reach the same assistant via the web chat.
