Neither. Locari is a personal letting assistant as a flat SaaS fee. You pay a flat fee upfront when you activate the listing – no commission at the end of the letting, no subscription running in the background. Three durations, two reach tiers.
Does an AI decide who gets to move in?
No. Locari doesn’t rate people. You set the hard facts – number of people, income multiple, pets, desired move-in date. Locari checks them rule-based and prepares a briefing. You decide who gets invited, who gets the contract, who moves in. GDPR Art. 22 is anchored in the architecture.
When do I pay – at the listing or at the end?
When you activate the listing. Locari is a flat SaaS fee, not a success-based model. Preparing is free – writing texts, reading the energy certificate, uploading photos. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies once per workspace, to your first order; renewals are excluded. The period runs from the date of order. Details: clause 11.3 of the terms.
