Settings covers two areas: your personal account settings and your workspace settings (team, organisation, billing). Both are accessed separately.
Personal settings are under the user menu top-right > Settings. Workspace settings (organisation, members, billing) are under Settings in the left sidebar of your workspace.

How to
Personal Settings
You reach personal settings via the user menu top-right > Settings. They are organised into three tabs: Account, Integrations, and Channels.
In the Account tab:
- Change name: Click Edit, enter the new name, save.
- Change email address: Click Change email — a confirmation email is sent to the new address.
- Update password: Enter current password and new password (twice), click Update password.
Your account is also automatically protected with two-factor security: when you sign in from a new device, Locari asks for a code by email. There is nothing to set up — details under Two-Factor Authentication.
Example: Ms. Hoffmann enters her full name under Account so colleagues can identify her immediately in the team list.
Workspace Settings
Path: Sidebar > Settings > Organisation tab
- Change organisation name: Click Edit, enter the new name, save.
- Maintain company details (business accounts only): company name, street, postal code, city, country, tax ID — required for correct invoices.
- Upload workspace logo: Click the logo icon and upload an image.
Configure Notifications
In the Account tab, Email notifications section:
- Email digest: How often you receive a summary of your rental activity — daily, weekly, or never.
Use the Channels tab (Locari Assistant) for WhatsApp integration and quiet hours. Use the Integrations tab (Locari MCP and Address Book) for AI access and CardDAV — details: Integrations.
