Team Management

Invite team members, manage pending invitations, and transfer workspace ownership.

Under Settings > Members you invite colleagues into your workspace and manage who collaborates. Invited members get access to the workspace's listings, applicants, and cases.

The Members page shows two cards: active members and pending invitations. Invitations not yet accepted appear in the second card — they can be renewed or removed.

How to

Invite a Member

  1. Open Settings > Members tab.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the email address and choose a role.
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The invited member receives an email with an invitation link. After clicking the link they can sign in or create a new account — they immediately have access to the workspace.

Example: Hausverwaltung Müller GmbH invites employee Anna Schmidt. Anna can see all applicants and collaborate on cases.

Change Role

  1. Settings > Members tab → select a member in the table.
  2. Click the current role and choose a new role.
  3. Confirm the change.

Remove Member

  1. Settings > Members tab → select a member in the table.
  2. Choose Remove from Workspace.
  3. Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

The member loses access immediately. Their personal Locari account remains — they can be re-invited if needed.

Before removing a member, review open actions (e.g. ongoing viewings) they are handling.

Ownership Transfer

Only the current owner can transfer ownership of the workspace.

  1. Settings > Members tab → select the desired member.
  2. Choose Transfer Ownership.
  3. Locari sends you a 6-digit code by email. Enter the code and confirm the transfer.

The ownership transfer is irreversible. As the previous owner you are automatically downgraded to Administrator afterward.

Views and Fields

Card: Active Members

Visible for each member:

  • Name and email address
  • Role
  • Join date
  • Actions (change role, remove from workspace)

Card: Pending Invitations

Visible for each invitation:

  • Email address of the invitee
  • Assigned role
  • Invitation date
  • Actions: renew invitation, remove invitation

Audit and History

All member actions (invitation, joining, role change, removal) are recorded in the workspace activity history.

Examples from the log:

  • "Max invited applicant Wagner family to viewing"
  • "Anna edited listing Musterstrasse 5"
  • "Locari replied to 5 new emails"
